Sheridan Winn is delighted to be judge of the Mal Peet Children’s Prize on the 2015 East Anglian Book Awards. The prizes will be announced on 4th November at an awards ceremony.

Norwich’s 84 GoGo Dragons! were sold last night at a glitzy auction attended by 550 people. In total, the GoGo Dragons! have raised £369,500 this year for BREAK Charity.
Sprite Snap was sold for £4200 and bought by Coleman’s Opticians, who sponsored him. I’m delighted about this as I shall get to see him again!
Earlier this week I went to see the GoGo Dragons!, which were all gathered together at The Forum before they flew off to new homes. They looked magnificent – and I felt sad to think they were all leaving. They have been a wonderful addition to Norwich.

Sprite Snap, the GoGo Dragon, came No 5 out of 84 dragons in the competition to find Best GoGo Dragon 2015. My thanks to Beverley Gene Coraldean, the artist, and Coleman’s Opticians, the sponsors of Sprite Snap. A very good result!

On 1st October 2015, at The Forum in Norwich, Break Charity will auction the 84 GoGo Dragons that have been part of the 2015 art trail. Bids will start at £500.

To find the public’s favourite GoGo Dragon, Eastern Daily Press has been running the GoGo Dragon Competition 2015. Sprite Snap has been voted through to the final round. Fingers crossed!
