The Eastern Daily Press published an article about Boudica’s Daughters:
Set in Breckland, it tells the tale of two pairs of sisters living 2,000 years apart. It is described as a modern-day tale about coming to terms with a terrible violation, and the story of the daughters of Queen Boudica of the Iceni tribe echoes that of today.
Boudica’s Daughters is a YA psychological adventure told on two timelines: one contemporary, the other Iron Age. The story is set in the Breckland, an isolated area of West Norfolk and home to the Iceni tribe two thousand years ago.
